Restaurante Mi Pueblo

Hospitality · 2026

A house restaurant in Belén, Rivas: the good table, the best company, and a reservation path that feels like being invited.

Client
Restaurante Mi Pueblo
Location
Belén, Rivas — one block north and half a block east of the Alcaldía
Users
Families and regulars who already know the room, and visitors who need the menu, a table and a map.

The brief

Mi Pueblo is not a franchise. It is a room in the heart of Belén where families share the table. The digital product had to taste like that: Nicaraguan hospitality, rustic material, no stock-photo cuisine. Visitors needed the menu, a reservation, a map and a reason to return — without a delivery-app aesthetic.

Approach

The visual language is earth, wood and cream. Photography of the table — terracotta, plantains, grilled fish, warm bulbs — carries the brand. Copy is short and spoken: “La buena mesa. La mejor compañía.” Navigation is four words: home, about, menu, contact, plus a persistent reserve action. The story of the house sits above the menu so the restaurant is a place first and a catalog second.

What shipped

A complete restaurant site with welcome, house story, menu discovery, reservation, WhatsApp contact and a footer that still feels like the dining room. It is designed for phones first — the way most tables in Belén will find it.

Outcome

The restaurant has a digital table that matches the physical one: warm, local, easy to sit down at. Reservations and directions are one tap away.

Constraints

Not a delivery marketplace. Reservations are a conversation, not a seating algorithm. Photography must be of this table. Directions are spoken the way people in Belén give them.

What I would not change

Place before catalog. The house story is not a blog; it is why you sit down. Persistent reserve action on every page.
