Systems Engineer

A systems engineer who learned the work from both sides of the table.

I am passionate about turning ideas into modern, efficient and scalable technology. My experience sits at the center of web applications, process optimization and the careful implementation of tools that teams can actually maintain. I am analytical, self-taught and results-oriented — and I invest continuously in software engineering, applied intelligence, automation and cybersecurity.

More than writing code, my goal is to understand the problem of each project and design a solution that creates real value for companies, organizations and users.

I was born to the work of making technical things usable. At INATEC I taught young people and adults to use information technologies. At the Supreme Electoral Council I served citizens processing identity documents. At MINED I read a school system as a statistician and later trained teachers and students to actually use the machines they had been given.

In Costa Rica, at Eurohogar, I learned a second language of systems: inventory, warehouse, costs, invoices, budgets. That is where I understood that a digital product is only as honest as the operation underneath it.

The independent practice exists because I wanted those two languages — public service and private operations, teaching and engineering — in the same room. I work alone. Specialists join when a project needs them. Accountability stays with me.

    I manage and refine billing processes so every stage stays precise and aligned with established budgets. The work includes cost validation and coordination across departments to keep invoicing efficient, transparent and compliant — contributing directly to financial control and sustainability.

    I owned the inventory flow: monitoring stock, producing detailed reports, coordinating suppliers for on-time delivery, and introducing tactics to reduce loss and improve rotation. I work fluently with inventory systems and across departments to keep a precise picture of company assets.
