Inventory, billing and a warehouse taught me more about software requirements than a tutorial ever did.
My current work at Eurohogar sits in costs, inventory and warehouse flow. It is not a detour from engineering. It is the brief. When you have validated invoices against a budget, coordinated a delivery window, and watched a stock error become a customer problem, you stop designing forms that look clever and start designing forms that prevent that error.
Systems engineering, as I practise it, is this translation: an operation with friction becomes a product with edges. The people who will use it already exist. They have shifts, KPIs and a language of their own. Software that ignores that language will be bypassed in a week.
That is why I am comfortable moving between a travel brand, a clinic, a restaurant and a town hall. The industries differ. The duty is the same: understand the work, then write the system.
